No design authority or certification

CodeMagician Ltd does not act as the user's engineer, competent person, design authority, checker, approver, certification body or client. A successful calculation, unit conversion, check-in or AI validation means only that the software completed the stated operation; it does not establish that the method, assumptions, inputs, code selection, safety factors or result are suitable.

User verification

The engineer remains responsible for defining the problem, checking dimensions and units, reviewing inherited variables, recognising unsupported behaviour, applying applicable legislation, standards and client requirements, arranging proportionate independent review, and controlling the issued PDF or other deliverable.

AI proposals

AI output can be plausible and wrong. It may omit a load case, misunderstand terminology, use an unsuitable equation or cite a source inaccurately. AI changes are presented for review and require an authorised user to apply them. That approval records a user decision and is not a CodeMagician Ltd engineering approval.

Safety-critical use

Do not rely on the service as the sole control for a safety-critical decision. Use appropriate qualified review, independent verification and organisational controls before manufacture, installation, operation or issue to a client.
