Use the service lawfully and safely

Do not use AI Calc Sheet to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or confidentiality rights, mislead another person about authorship or approval, bypass access controls, probe another organisation's data, distribute malware, or interfere with the service or its suppliers.

Engineering and AI content

Submit only information you are authorised to process. Do not submit classified, national-security, defence/export-restricted, medical or patient information, credentials, secrets, unnecessary personal information, or content that cannot lawfully be sent to the disclosed external AI provider. Do not represent an AI proposal as checked, certified or approved merely because the application generated it.

Automation and fair use

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, resell, share accounts, evade credit or spend controls, or run automated workloads that materially harm other users. Documented exports and future published APIs are permitted within their limits.

Response to misuse

CodeMagician Ltd may restrict a project or organisation, suspend a user, disable a feature or preserve narrowly scoped evidence where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, security, legal or payment concerns. Privileged actions require a typed support case, an operator reason, MFA and an audit record. Where appropriate, the customer will be told and given a route to challenge the decision.
